This Valentine's Day, we wanted to do something special for the incredible clients who make our work so rewarding. Instead of the usual cards or generic gifts, we hosted an outing designed for connection, laughter, and a little cinematic nostalgia. The result? An afternoon that felt genuinely warm and appreciative—exactly what Valentine’s day is all about.
We rented out a theater at the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Omaha and screened the timeless classic Good Will Hunting. If you haven’t seen the movie, it's a film that hits on so many levels—Love, vulnerability, friendship, and finding your path.
Alamo's staff and in-theater dining made it easy to enjoy a fantastic meal without missing a moment of the movie. The food was top-notch and added to the cozy, Valentine’s Day vibe.
Our clients brought along their partners, spouses, or loved ones, turning the event into a true Valentine's celebration. It was wonderful to see everyone relaxing together, sharing reactions to the film's iconic scenes, and simply enjoying quality time together.
To tie everything together with a fun nod to the movie, we handed out gourmet caramel apples to every attendee with Matt Damon’s classic line attached. "How do you like them apples?"
They made for a perfect takeaway memento of the day.
Beyond the movie and treats, the best part was the chance to catch up. We mingled before and after the screening, swapping stories, hearing about recent wins and challenges, and just reconnecting on a personal level. Events like this remind us why we value our clients so much.
It was a simple formula—great film, delicious food, thoughtful gestures, and real time together—but it created an afternoon full of warmth and appreciation. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us; your presence made the day special.
